The Kelvin Hotel is looking for a new Sous Chef to help out Head Chef, Alicia Jones.  The kitchen services a function room on the 6th floor plus Level One Restaurant which operates a very popular counter lunch and an extensive a la carte evening menu.  Level One seats about 120 diners, caters to houseguests and is also a respected restaurant in its own right. 


We are looking for an experienced Chef who wants to take the next step up.  If you enjoy being part of a close knit team and have some drive and enthusiasm then this position could be for you.
