The ILT is looking to bolster several of its kitchen brigades with new talent and we require kitchen staff at all levels.  Positions can be full time or part time.  Immediate vacancies exist at the Kelvin Hotel, the Lone Star, Speight’s Alehouse and Waxy O’Shea’s and it is expected more opportunities will present shortly in other businesses. We require the services of energetic, hardworking and committed people to build these kitchen brigades.  For all positions, we are looking for people who are skilled, have some flair and creativity, can demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a close team and who have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to their work.
