/ New Invercargill City hotel concept released

Hailed as “much more than just a hotel”, the concept design has been revealed for the Invercargill Licensing Trust’s new inner-city development.

With a budget of up to $40 million, the extensive project on the corner of Don and Dee Streets is set to significantly transform the CBD, creating a modern, stylish space for locals and visitors alike.

Trust chief executive Chris Ramsay said it was exciting to share the concept with the community.
